As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. ISSA Nutritionist

As an ISSA student working toward my certification as a Nutrition Coach, I help clients fuel their bodies with purpose—so they can train smarter, recover faster, and feel their best every day. From navigating food choices to building sustainable habits, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to each client's goals. Whether it's weight management, performance, or overall wellness, I create nutrition strategies that work in real life. As a certified nutrition coach I am able to:

CPR/AED Certification

I took a formal CPR training and passed the written exam. On the day of the training, I performed adequate CPR skills in order for the instructor to certify that I had comprehended the minimum requirements for certification.
